At the moment, our offering is on hold, but four more investment units may become available at Lenné. Please contact steve@lenneestate.com if you are interested.
We are currently seeking partners to join us in bringing Lenné to fruition. We are looking for five investors in the amount of $15,000 each. The partner will be able to enjoy the property and be involved more intimately with developing the brand based on their interest. We are comfortable that the investment is safe as the investment will be secured by a lien against the property, but no investment is without risk.
How it works:
The investor buys 1% of HLCwines, an Oregon L.L.C.(d.b.a. Lenné) by making a $15,000 investment. The share is owned in perpetuity and is transferrable subject to the same rules of the llc that current partners have. The investor receives 1% of all net profit, including net profits from a sale of the company. We provide a promissory note which states that the initial capitol investment will be returned within 6 years. If there is any outstanding amount, it will start earning interest at that time. The promissory note is secured by a trust deed against the property. The investor also receives a case of wine each year as well as being able to enjoy the property and
being part of an evolving brand.
Who should invest?
We are looking for people that are interested about wine and excited to be a part of an emerging ultra-premium brand. This is an investment in a lifestyle and once we accept an prospective investor, they become a partner in the development of the brand. They can choose to learn as much or little as they would like, but we like people who come to know how special this vineyard is and be willing to share that with the people they know.
