Join us for a guided tour of Lenne's beautiful vineyard!
Walk through the rows, touch and taste the grapes, and savor the view from the summit of our hillside vineyard. See for yourself how elevation, orientation, and soil type work together to make Lenne's an ideal place to grow spectacular Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Your guide will walk you through the vines and along the rows, up hills and over swells, and pour you serveral wines during the experience. You will learn and see up close how vines are grafted and pruned, how trellising works, how we deal with vine and grape maturation, what goes into canopy management, the pros and cons of dry farming, weed and pest control, and much more.
Tours are priced at $50 per guest, accomodate 2-12 individuals, and run about 90 minutes.
Regular tours depart every Saturday and Sunday mornings at 11am. Advance reservations required.
Contact us to schedule a private tour at other times. Larger groups may also be accomodated.
Tours include samples of seven specially-selected wines, plus a generous serving of gourmet cheeses and house-carved charcuterie during the seated tasting afterwards.
We pace the walking with sipping and gazing, but be aware that there is some uphill hiking required.
Practical shoes are recommended. You will be walking through a working vineyard and footing can be slippery on gravel, grass, and earth.
Umbrellas are provided for rain or shade.
Photos are encouraged!
Guests will typically taste 4 wines during the tour and another 3 afterwards, during a private seated tasting with food. The tour fee is $50 per guest, (wine club member discounts apply) and is waived with any 6 bottle purchase or wine club join. Tour tickets will be charged in advance to reserve your slot; please provide 48 hours notice of cancellation for a refund.
